A limpeza do hotel deixou MUITO a desejar, com insetos no colchão, toalhas e sujeira por todo lado. Tives que cancelar a minha estadia pelo estado do quarto. Importante notar que estava hospedada para um evento e tal situação foi reportada por outras pessoas que lá estavam.

O hotel estava ok, fomos bem recepcionados, mas ao tomar banho o box inundou e o banheiro também. Liguei na recepção e mandaram uma pessoa pra olhar, claro que não solucionou o problema. Aí pedi toalhas para secar e pelo horário nem pensamos em trocar de quarto. No outro dia quando fui fazer o checkout, e fui falar com a recepcionista, falei que queria algo para compensar o desconforto e ela começou a rir., eu nem terminei de falar dado o nível de atendimento. Lamentável pessoa despreparada para atender o hóspede.

Room needs retrofit. Old room compromised comfort.

Very good location. Amazing breakfast. Very helpful staff. The gym could be a little larger, but otherwise, a great place to stay!

Lackluster experience at this hotel. The staff was not horrible but there are elements that I cannot overlook. First, the wi-fi is very slow, enough just to download light emails really. Be prepared to pay approximately $7 USD for every 15 minutes at the business center for an alternative option - this move is extremely small and short-sighted on behalf of their management. Additionally, worthy food options are limited in this area but we found that to be true for most of Fortaleza to be honest. One other mark against this hotel is their shampoo/conditioner/soap smell atrocious and should only be used as a last resort.

Decent hotel with friendly staff, only a couple of whom speak English. But we were able to get by. The room was small but clean and functional. Only bad marks is for the a.c., which didn't really work too well. Breakfast excellent.

Great hotel a few blocks from the beach. Great breakfast including fresh fruit, eggs, good strong coffee, yogurt, cereal, etc. Nice small pool on the roof with bar and restaurant. Front desk is very attentive. The frigo bar items are overpriced but that is the norm for better hotels. Be careful walking to the beach at night although we had no problems. There are great little restaurant near the hotel towards the beach at very resonable prices.

This is no way a 4 star hotel; 1 or 2 stars maybe more appropriate. The rooms, hallways and the hotel in general are rather outdated. I do not recommend this hotel.

Ótima localização e estrutura! Café da manhã bom! Quartos um pouco antigo e com cheiro de praia, mas atende bem uma estadia funcional.

Um ponto negativo: No meu quarto a TV não funcionava bem.

Café da manhã, maravilhoso bem diverso, na chegada o ar condicionado estava com problemas, mas a equipe ajustou e deixou ok, super atenciosos.

Bom café da manhã, recepção acolhedora.

Hotel bem próximo a supermercado, praia, restaurantes... Funcionário bem prestativo e educados...O café da manhã ótimo tem de tudo um pouco,tapioca, omelete, cuscuz tudo feito na hora...

Boa localização, quartos limpos e café da manhã excelente...
