The hotel is very strategic, close to everything, close to culinary spots on Jl. Macalister. The pillows are very fluffy, clean. The bathroom is spacious. Cons: Asking for an additional room key requires a RM 50 deposit. The towels are a bit yellowish. For the price paid, I was quite satisfied with the room. The Wi-Fi is also fast.

Extremely disappointing experience. I accidentally made a duplicate booking and contacted the hotel immediately to cancel one of the reservations. Despite explaining the situation honestly and requesting assistance right away, the hotel showed no flexibility and offered no reasonable solution. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is measured by how problems are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of understanding and willingness to help left a very negative impression. I expected much better customer care and would think twice before booking here again.

Good service, complete facilities, including a small refrigerator, safe, extra pillows, electric kettle, and a functioning water heater. Recommended for a comfortable stay. Initially, the room's AC was noisy, so we asked for a room change. The mechanic checked first, and after half an hour, they immediately announced that we could change rooms as requested. We'd be happy to book a room like this again 👍
