The hotel staff is not very welcoming when guests arrive, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is very poor. There are many spider webs under the table, there is no hot water kettle.

The AC is cold, the room is clean, the TV is okay, the staff is very good, thank you.

The hotel staff is okay, the location around the hotel is also okay, there are many choices of food, but. The atmosphere in the room is not okay! There is no coffee sachet that can be brewed in the room, the AC is very very bad, the coldness is not enough, it takes hours to be able to really feel the AC. Lastly, the cellphone signal is very bad, I brought my own wifi router, and the signal was on and off, unfortunately the hotel did not provide the wifi password if there really was wifi.

The location is strategic in the city center, it is recommended for tourists who want to vacation in Jakarta👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've stayed here several times, the last time was 2 years ago. I thought there would be improvements to the cleanliness of the area, but there wasn't. 😭 Actually the hotel is nice, there are lots of food there, there is a rooftop to see the city lights but unfortunately there is no shampoo & soap, but the staff is very kind and willing to offer to buy soap at the shop. Thank you, Le Green! Hopefully it can be even better.

Minuses: - the room is very humid. - dirty. - the AC is leaking. - there is no signal in the room like in a cave, the wifi is also very slow. - the cupboard is rotten. - when you want to check out there is no receptionist on duty. I'm really sorry, honestly, from the moment I entered the room the air was unpleasant, until I got to the room the bed and pillows smelled of drool, the wardrobe was old, the TV was faulty, the air in the bathroom was stale, and in the end I decided to move hotels because I was scared and the air was unpleasant 🥹

The hotel is good for this price around GBK. It only takes 10 minutes to GBK. However, maybe the cleanliness of the room should be improved and for the bathroom maybe given a mat/towel so it doesn't get dirty.

Clean, tidy rooms, quite calm atmosphere, strategic location because it is close to GBK, quite friendly and responsive service, recommended for those looking for a budget hotel.
