The bathroom smells, the drain is not closed, the trash can is dirty.

There were cockroaches in the room, the atmosphere was dull, the bathroom equipment was outdated, there was no soap and mineral water.

The hotel is nice, easy access and can be reached like the city center and others.

The 10-day stay was very memorable. The service was very friendly, starting from the security guard, front liner, house keeping. The room was very clean and tidy even though the bedsheets had many stains. It's just that the room is not soundproof so when other guests open the door talking outside it feels noisy.

The location is close to public transportation access so it's cheap to go anywhere.

I have stayed here twice because it is close to the Istiqlal Mosque, although not very close, but it only takes a few minutes to walk. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, escorted to my room and given a towel, yes, it is in accordance with the price with the facilities in the room, the TV is full of ants, the toilet is not so clean but thank God there is hot water and clean towels and the sheets are also clean. Oh yeah, only the room lights are dim, the main light is not on. But it's okay because I checked in at dawn so it's okay to sleep for a few hours. Maybe the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Very sorry the small room (deluxe) is dirty, lots of complaints from the beginning, I complained and can't get a refund! Want to upgrade to VIP, it's just as dirty!

The hotel is scary. There is no toothpaste soap. Towels. Only 1. No mineral water. Dirty room. Lots of spiders. I got sick after leaving the hotel. The room is dark. Please pay attention. Finally I immediately checked out.

So bad! Service is also really bad. It turns out that the same Traveloka room was ordered at a different place even though the price was the same. There are no toiletries to drink. The room smells like a toilet, it really smells.

The hotel staff is friendly and the half day check-out time is perfect.
