Highly recommend this to everyone! Spacious room, accommodating people & delicious breakfast! Worth the penny

The front desk staff from first to our last day were very helpful with our needs. When we requested for late clean-up from housekeeping, we were gladly accommodated with warmth. We were able to immediately check in because the process was very efficient. The hotel itself looks regal and very plush with all the gallery of paintings adorning hallways. The room amenities were mostly comfortable although a bit old (renovation is ongoing on our floor) and the bathroom/shower really needs a make-over but I am guessing it is next on the list of renovation. That is the only imperfection I observed at the hotel along with the paintings which had no labels so art enthusiasts like us can appreciate more the painting if it has some kind of description on the label. The location of the hotel is very well-placed in an area with different food choices/restaurant. It is near a plaza/shopping center and walking distance from the golden-domed mosque, park, promenade and city center. It is also accessible by bus though you still need to walk a little bit from the bus stop. For a fair price, we really appreciated the services, amenities and location that the hotel had for us.

Hotel ok. Bedroom ok. The bathroom is ok. The only problem is with the bed. The mattress in my room was thin. When the bed feels like a spring mattress. May cause back pain. If you can please change the mattress.

The service is not good, the blankets are served 3 hours after check-in, the room is not clean, smells, can not get mineral water, minimal facilities, not according to the price.

Well worth a stay with good dining access, also not far from the airport.

It was just a 1 night stay but the room is big with complete amenities. The Filipina receptionist was great, friendly and so accommodating. My only concern during that stay was that the TV was not functioning or out of order and there is no elevator. The mosque and other malls are just walking distance from the hotel. I will surely come back to this place.

Average, hotel in renovation.

This is a cheap hotel, dirty water, service like a butcher, teaches brands a little smile to guests, because if there are no guests this hotel can close. I regret choosing this hotel. They should learn to serve in a friendly manner as a peaceful country.

The room is large and clean, can accommodate up to 10 people. worth the price. There's a parking lot. Large bathroom.
