Friendly staff, good restaurant, but room was too small.

Great place. Clean 2-minute beach walk from the beach. Amazing breakfast. I had stay there 3 times before. Loved

I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free.

Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Shower drain was backup.Turned on shower and water started to overflow. Call front desk they didn't switch the room.Sent out maintenance he was able to get it to deain slowly.Not a great experience.

Good are walking distance to everything you can think of safest city in Brazil

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.

I paid for deluxe but I received a different room I wasn’t very happy

The staff were all very welcoming, warm and professional. There are many great places to eat nearby. It was a great location and good value for the money.

Este hotel é muito bom, limpeza impecável, serviço de alta qualidade e o pessoal muito prestativo e amigável. A única coisa que eu recomendo é que no quarto tivesse uma maquina de café, chás e um microondas. Eu ficaria novamente no Hotel.

The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

The location, excellent breakfast, indoor pool, very professional and friendly staff, and affordable price. I did not like the noise anytime at night in the sorrounded rooms and the biting in my foot by probably mites and small biting flies.

The receptionists can’t speak English, my room is tiny. Bathroom is small. Only standing shower. No place to put my toothbrush, hairspray, hair gel. My room is only enough for our bed. I hit my suitcase when I go to the bathroom sometimes. Please don’t call VIP this hotel… I was do exciting and I will have a nice trip, but the hotel made me disappointed.
