This is a delightful Riad that’s very close to the Medina. Staff very helpful and breakfast good. There’s a rooftop garden too where you can look out over the city.

This riad is a gem. Nour, Ronia, Naji, Khalil worked together to create my warm positive experience at this beautiful riad. The breakfast is delicious. Raina, Has amazing touc to create amazing Moroccan breakfast. Khalil always made sure my breakfast was to satisfaction. Naji is a great entertainer celebrating, dancing Moroccan music. Nour had such welcoming warm presence. Nour always made herself available for any questions or concerns. The only feedback I may give for the hotel is the A/C unit. The riad by far the biggest place ever seen. It’s a beautiful decorated riad. It’s full of energy.

The look of the narrow street near old Medina before entering the Hotel is decieving, but when you enter this place, its like a little palace, beautifully decorated, feels like you are in some kingdom. Salah arranged for me to sit down comfortably and offered tea or coffee and explained everything I needed to know. Nour greeted with a beautiful smile and told me that she went to receive me to the main road, but I didn’t see her and then offered to arrange for tours and she did a beautiful job, Hanan is a wonderful guide with so much knowledge of history and wants you to see every place with thinking of your comfort at every step. Radia cooked delicious meals, and the breakfast had so much variety, Khaled and Najeeb took care of little problems (like TV channels or turning the heat on) in less than 2 minutes. They all asked me every morning how I was feeling and if I needed anything, their politeness was same for every guest. Want to thank Mohamed who made my day trip to Volibilis, Moulay Idris and Meknes so memorable.
The location is great, near all the places you want to see in Fes are at walking distance, and the rooms have everything that you want, nicely decorated, comfortable clean bed, heating or AC, Cable TV including a few English channels, hair dryer and above all quietness for a good night sleep.
I am sure that you can not get the same treatment from the staff even at a ten star hotel, I would give them 10 stars and would love to stay there again and again

Had issues with wifi connection in room, but thanks to two resourceful and sympathetic female staff who went out their way to try to amend the situation, I had a much better impression of the riad. At the end of the day, it’s about the people working at the properties, and this place has some very reliable people working for them. Thanks for a pleasant stay, and I hope the wifi situation is working soon.

Wonderful riad in the heart of the old city of Fez. Very clean and comfortable for my family of two adults and two teenagers. Staff was very friendly and helpful- met us at our car and helped with luggage and escorted us to the road. We were greeted with cookies and Moroccan mint tea.

Staff was very nice and helpful, especially the tour guide provided by the property. The property is not up to the mark. Bathroom was very smelly with bugs and mosquitoes inside. The staff did their best to alleviate the situation.

We stayed in the Musk room for 3 nights at this Riad and overall, had a great stay! The Riad is right in the Medina, so it was easy to get around. The room was extremely spacious and well decorated. We experienced fantastic hospitality by the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with different Moroccan treats each morning, and the staff again were very flexible in serving us early when we had an early morning train to catch. We had dinner one night at the Riad, which was also amazing. The portions are very large, so it's best to order just 1 set menu between two people. The only feedback for improvement is that the Riad should take care when recommending tours, guides etc as we felt that we didn't really get our money's worth from those external services. But, I would still definitely recommend this Riad to anyone!

The Borj Dhab was located centrally and on the main road only minutes to the Place Rcif. Whilst the entry alley way was initially daunting we never experienced any problems. Once the door was opened we entered a fully restored home - a palace, an oasis. Could not fault it. The staff was attentive, helpful (did have family who could provide extra services - but that is part of Moroccan charm). The owner was in residence when we were there and took the trouble to introduce himself to us and to ensure that all our needs were met.

Me and my Girlfriend, spent three night to Riad Borj Dhab in Fez and I will definitively suggest you to stay away for it! The location is the worst of Fez, very scaring during the night!! The hotel didn't book us the driver as required by email (3 emails just in the last 3 days), that was already a "good start". Moreover we arrange a ALL INCLUSIVE tour guide to Volubilis for 100 Dollars (amazing visit, highly recommanded) and they didn't provide us any guide on site but just the driver - absolutely disappointed! Moreover we booked another tour ALL INCLUSIVE for 50 Dollars just for the two of us for the MEDINA and Central FEZ and the Guide who the hotel booked us added 2 more people last minute asking us the same price - no negotiable - and this was absolutely not acceptable as we mention to the hotel that we want to personalize our journey. The location is really scaring during the night, even with the Taxi you have to walk in a narrow dark street for around 3 minutes with very un-recommandable people who asking you if you need drugs or "bodyguards"... Afterwards the Hotel manager asked us to pay Extra Taxes and Full Rate which wasn't the price on http://www.hotel.com and we have to paid 206.63 GBP for three night. I will avoid to book again with this service if Hotel.com will not provide a refund! Highly disappointed as instead of relax I had a really challenging experience and which cost us double of the budget previously planned.

This is a pretty riad on the edge of the medina. The staff is polite and helpful (and warm and friendly once you start chatting and showing an interest in them and their city). I was welcomed with tea and cookies upon my arrival and upgraded free of charge to a larger room. The room had free water and a fruit bowl. The rooms have a lot of character. I am a woman and was travelling alone and felt perfectly safe at the riad and in the area.

The house is located in the medieval walled city of Fez. It's a haven of tranquility from the buzz of the souk immediately outside. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is a real treat.

The location was great just at the edge of the medina. Inside was beautifully restored with very very tasteful decor. The food was really, really good although it wasn't clear whether it was complimentary or part of the payment when we booked it the way we were told that dinner is always served with with guests at a specific time. we discovered at check out that we had to pay for dinner separately (so one might want to clarify that), although it was worth it to me because the in house chef cooks local cuisine better than can be done at most restaurants. I would most definitely lodge there again!!
