This is like a 1 or 2 star equivalent. Don't believe their 4-star claims. The beds and linens are horrible. The whole place reeks of cigarettes including the rooms. The wifi doesn't work apart from in the lobby. Avoid this place.

Conveniently situated not far from the autoroute. Parking on site in quiet surroundings. As there was no restaurant on site for dinner, the staff arranged a take away pizza to be brought in. The reception staff member was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The terrace was a bonus.

Perfect little place for a stopover on our long trip. Excellent staff, clean, and quiet. We would definitely come here again.

Nice enough room. Difficult to find on GPS. Staff was very pleasant. Complementary breakfast was good with excellent espresso.

Great hotel for a short break around Genoa. Close to the Autostrada, and easy to find. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and efficient in their service - everything one would want from hotel staff. The room was spotless, large, and well equipped (they even had RFID entry cards!). Breakfast was heavenly - it would have been worth paying separately - and amazingly, they included it in the (very reasonable) room price. There are great (and remarkably cheap) food options within a short drive of the hotel, which are open late, making for a nice evening.

Fine business hotel close to the motorway exit

Large room, looked presentable. The air con didn't work. The shower was dirty. The fridge was warm as were the couple of drinks in it, although the light was on to suggest it had power. There were no evening meal facilities at the hotel, which after a very long day driving for 8hrs was the last thing we needed. Told no taxi service into town either, so had to get back in the car to drive to a restaurant. The town was fairly close 5 minutes by car. The breakfast was good, a variety of food selection to choose from, not just croissants and juice as is standard in France or Italy. It was close to the main motorway so a handy stop off on our way back to France.

Easy to find close to autostrada. Large rooms, comfy bed. Would have been nice touch to have kettle. Very good for overnight stay.

This was an excellent place to stay on our tour through Italy. Parking was free and felt safe. Concierge was pleasant and our room very clean and tidy. Our room could house all 4 of us and the way it was angled gave the impression of 2 separate areas. we travelled with 2 children so the bunks was excellent for them as we could have separate beds and our bed was comfy and good size. Plenty of towels excellent! We ate at a nearby restaurant of trad food. Breakfast was included and European style- v good. Only small improvement would be to have a kettle so tea could be made properly but hey, this is Italy! We would be very happy to stay and recommend Belforte!

We arrived late, so didn't have a lot of time. An Italian wedding or birthday party was taking place out front. Lots of noise but in a fun kind of way. The room was fine - except A/C was a struggle. But there was a fridge, nice amenities, a good bathroom and all was clean and neat. would recommend if you're coming that way.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. We had thought it more in the country but actually was quite close to roadways. There is a small town very close by. A good place for one night.

Just off the motorway. Ovada is only a few minutes drive which is a lovely town with several restaurants, and windy streest with lovley painted buildings. Excalibur pizza very good.

This is a clean well run hotel, situated 1km off the motorway and easy access as long as you have a car. There is only 1 restaurant nearby and as we were travelling by train this was the only one within walking distance. Luckily it is a good Pizzeria. The hotel reception need to turn on the air conditioning for you and the rooms are very comfortable, nice and new.

Très propre et personnel très agréable. La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante.
