This is a nice enough hotel for the price you pay. 15 min walk to the old town, nice restaurant just next door, free breakfast is basic but enough to sustain. Daily cleaning is minimal, only noticed them fold the bathmat, bin wasn’t emptied and bed not made. In our room the bed sounded like it was breaking every time we moved so sleep was minimal. The worst part is the ‘aircon’ system, you cannot change the temperature and it’s set to 21 degrees as standard!! So you have the option of being far too warm, or opening the balcony doors and having all the street noise and light come in, as well as the worry that any of the adjacent rooms could step over the divide between the balconies and come in.

Location was very convenient. We stayed on the 5th floor and the hot water pressure was spotty at best. Rooms were not cleaned often. Overall, a decent stay.

Hotel rooms in serious need of renovations. Lots of damage all over the room. No heat for the first night. Offered extra blankets by front desk. Open ceiling by bathroom led us to believe the heat was under repair. Kitchen had nothing in it. No dishes etc. we had to ask front desk for basic supplies several times and it was quite a challenge to get even basic items. Location is ok. A few good restaurants near by. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I could not get the air conditioner to work and it was just so hot in the room. Everything else was lovely.

Great check-in and check-out experience, big room, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, hot shower and heating working fine, the bathroom had a bidet shower. The room didn't had a microwave or coffee/tea appliances, only a mini fridge with drinks to purchase. Bathroom could have been cleaner and some fixtures and the shower body/tub needed repair/renovation.

+The location was good and not far from the old town, 20 min walk to old town--- +Accommodation was suitable, spacious and clean. The beds were quite solid +Staff very friendly and helpful + There is a 24 hour shop near the hotel -We were in a double room with a nice terrace, but we could not enjoy it. Unfortunately, they had left us only one chair. -Upon our arrival we tried to park down our car, but their underground parking had such a terrible construction that we stuck on something that scratched bad the bottom of our car. I recommend you be careful at the entrance of parking.

Underground parking was great, as it’s difficult to find anything on the street close by to the hotel. 24 hour reception was great, they let us park early in the morning so we could explore the city before check in. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment because it was the cheapest room avaliable. There was money on the couch and biscuits on the floor. The shower head in the main bathroom was broken, and the shower in the en-suite leaked all over the floor, was covered in mould and the shower head kept falling down to point at the wall. Dirtiest shower I have used in the Balkans (have been travelling for 3 weeks now). We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work- it kept pumping out hot air, so we slept with the doors (the windows are doors) open and that was fine. Good location to walk to old town. Very friendly reception- all 3 staff we meet spoke excellent English and were very helpful. To be fair to the hotel we did not report the bathroom issues or the heating. But if the used the shower head to clean with they would already know it was broken.

Our room was good and clean. The kitchen was not stocked - there was not even a glass. There is a note saying to ask at reception for the items needed which was a pain in the butt. We had a corner unit and had 3 sets of door that opened to the outside. One set was in our bathroom, which wa# great. Our friends unit was smalle4 with no window in the bathroom. They said the bathroom smelled bad. There were rodent noises though at night. I think there was a mouse in the walls. The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and the cushions keep slipping off.

Unfortunately this place can't receive a positive review due to the lack of care and respect the people working there are showing towards their guest. My sheets were also dirty upon my arrival. Very disappointing.

Most of the business hotels in Bucharest were taken due to EU presidency so I wound up here. I think it would be a good hotel for family and couples for tourism. It was OK for business, but a little off the beaten path. Service acceptable but not what one would be used to at a Hilton or Radisson, for example. Reasonable but not my first choice

Clean property, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a little bit outdated and small, but the bed was very comfortable. The room had plenty of closet space. Bathroom had lots of towels and complimentary shampoo, foaming gel and soap. The room had a mini fridge, two glasses for water, but no microwave. The building has a very small elevator. The rooms are not noise proof, you can hear noises from outside and the other rooms easily.

Property is very nice, situated in a quiet place and beautiful area. Problem is the cleaning, need more attention and some walls to be repainted.part of this everything was good and nice.

A hotel with friendly staff, in a quieter area, public transport on the next corner, but city center can also reached on foot. Lot of information for day trips etc available, too Room was clean and spacious, breakfast tasty and you get 10% discount in the restaurant on the other side of the street... I definitely will consider this place for my next stay!
