the AC is not cold and it's leaking too

Friendly hotel staff, quite good facilities in the area around the hotel.

I booked for my brother, and according to him, the hotel was fine, quiet and a bit cramped.

I have stayed here twice, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is also delicious. The first time I stayed here, the hotel facilities were safe, but the second time, I got a room with a broken shower, no pull (maybe it was removed) and there was a little stain on the blanket, please fix it in the future. And because of that, I asked to change rooms, and was allowed without any additional costs 👍🏻

Overall it's good, just a suggestion for the smoking room, add more exhaust so it's not stuffy. Thanks and always success.

the interior should be a bigger room and why is there only 1 chair in the room when there are 2 people. the room is also narrow. and for parking outside the motorbike and helmet in the heat and rain at least there should be a canopy.

The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly and the facilities are complete. The downside is that the king bed is small and the AC is not cold enough.

some are not friendly..... some are not friendly because my appearance is not neat or sloppy..... but the service is still good

The AC is noisy, when you first enter the room it doesn't smell as good as most hotels, it smells a bit...

staff was very friendly, location is good. ac is not cold, already change the room but still same. there is maintenance at my floor and it so noisy.

Strategic location, friendly service, there is a swimming pool and many places to eat in front of the hotel.

Delicious menu and lots of choices very polite staff

The breakfast menu is not too varied, but the taste is good. For some reason there are a lot of ants in the room. The refrigerator/AC is noisy. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. The table in the room is too small. Lastly, the deposit using KTP, is not very good with the rules. Unlike other hotels that use cash of 100 thousand

The staff are friendly, some of the toilet functions are starting to break down but can still be used. So far it's been fun

room 302, the AC is not cold, noisy, the toilet jet washer is not working. but overall the room is quite comfortable to stay in, especially the access to public transportation

Stayed here because I was evacuated, the house was being renovated. It was quite comfortable, even though it was close to the highway but it wasn't noisy. I was disappointed on the third day when I asked for a change of towels and they said they had run out, even though it didn't seem too crowded even though it was the holiday season. I only got one night. But the next day when I extended my stay I was given more towels. But overall it was comfortable. The hot water for bathing was also smooth.

This is an extension after previously extending for 3 nights. Overall, it's comfortable. The cafe is also comfortable for hanging out. It's suitable for us introverts.
