We had a big room comparing to all hotels went during our vacation in Italy. Staff were helpful. It's a bit far from downtown.

They gave me a terrible room in the underground

The area was so nice and quiet, the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel and it takes you to the city centre, the staff are so lovely and the room we stayed in was so cute and had a balcony

Met a few staff , reception, service all were wonderful friendly and helpful, would stay again

Hotel price was very expensive. Not expecting that the location is odd. Towels look very old. Beddings look old. No kettle or coffee amenities. Pillows are also very old. Not value for money. We got kicked-out by 10:45 as the receptionist said it’s written at the reception that check-out is 10:30. We were never informed by the staff upon check-in.

Hotel Astor was great - clean and modern! Our room had a large jacuzzi bathtub. It’s in more of a residential area and about a 12 min walk to the terminal. It was not close to the city centre but there is a bus that takes you right there, or about 30-40 min walk.

Ideal hotel for a visit to Bologna. It's around a 10 min walk from the central railway station, and around a 15-20 min walk to the historical centre of Bologna. it's situated in a residential area - so nice and quiet. The room was ideal for our 4 day stay - and the air conditioning was a godsend given how hot it was. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful. One minor complaint - would have liked the facilities to make a tea/coffee in the room. Would happilly stay here again.

Very clean. Dated decor but it was an Italian boutique hotel so to be expected. For the price it could do with a renovation but it was very very clean

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, same with check out. The room was clean, breakfast was fine, and it’s a 10 minute walk from the train station. Great value, we would definitely stay there again.

The property was good for the price. My only complaints were that the bed was very uncomfortable and that the neighborhood did not feel the safest. It’s quite a walk (20 mins) to get to the rail station which you have to cross under to get to the city hub. I’m sure if you taxi it may feel better, but we walked the entire time. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the location.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not amazing but not unbearable. There was a good selection of food available for breakfast and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning on working. And nothing done get it working. Poor in plus 25c weather

Water leaks from the shower area. Need to wipe with towel after every bath. Ok location, less than a kilometer from train station. Helpful front staff

Our room and ensuite bathroom were first class. Hassle and fuss free stay. Fairly handy for main railway station. Thoroughly pleased with our stay.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The area felt like a commercial area. The employees were all friendly.

2 night stay for Bologna sightseeing. Nice clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly enough. About 15 min walk to centre/station but there are small bars and restaurants dotted around close the the hotel. Would strongly advise to reserve restaurant tables in advance as they get booked up quickly.
