Very nice choice for a low key, relaxing stay on Ischia. The decor is dated but clean and welcoming. The staff were great as well.

This was a beautiful property but not kid friendly at all. there was no mention of adults only etc. the staff was quite rude to our children.

While it was good and the staff tried their best there were two issues that overshadowed everything. Expensive sunglasses were stolen from the private pool area, probably by staff. We were overcharged for a salad.

Excellent service and hospitality

Starting from the front desk you will get highest level of service! Front desk Antonella and her colleagues were always available to help, very professional and friendly. Had answers to all my questions. Their help made my stay just perfect!!! Another people I need to mention- staff at buffet/ restaurant! Very professional! Mariangella, Rose and others!(Sorry I don’t have all names ).. About hotel and surrounding areas- very beautiful, clean, very well maintained and preserved! Love it! Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Such a fantastic stay, the whole team made it an absolute joy. They were friendly, helpful, and patient (I was practicing my not so good Italian and they were very encouraging). As a solo traveller, they made the experience so welcoming that I will 100% be visiting them again. Thank you for a super relaxing and enjoyable holiday :)

Perfect

This resort-style hotel was an incredible experience on the island of Ischia. Their service and staff were all top professionals and very accommodating for any requests that we had during our stay. The breakfast buffet is impressive, lots of choices and large. Coffee (americano and espressos) were perfect. The pool/grotto and private beach area were both amazing experiences and again the staff for food and drinks was really top level. Amazing bar service inside the hotel, with a live piano player at night as well. The hotel is very vintage Italian in style but seems so clean and well-kept all the time that it felt new. My only criticism would be that the gym and spa areas were okay, but could be better. The spa area in the basement is very nice and quiet. Good saunas and pool. So many other rooms downstairs in the basement, that I wasn’t sure if there was more to offer down there. The gym was small and tucked away by the pool. They have all the basics so you can have decent workout, but I understand this hotel is more for tranquil and relaxing times. They have a shuttle service that will pickup/drop off for the ferry and they even send you off with a little gift. It’s away from the main spots but an easy 5-10 min walk to great shopping and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and extended for an extra day after having such a great time! Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Il Moresco.

no ferries going to ischia because of weather - called property to tell them we can not make it that day but please hold room. the gentleman or maybe not so gentle proceeded to yell at me like a dog and kept screaming I cant get my money back- never even asked for any money back or anything i was just hoping to hold roomand inform them ofoursituation and maybe a suggestion - i stay at many five star hotels never here - go to excelsior across the street they would have handled things quite differently - i wasnteven able to talk they are so desperate i just got screamed at about money - it was on speaker and mu wife was frightened by this man needless to say we did not go who needs to give a place like this the time of day. Ciao!
