beautiful atmosphere makes all matters easy, the place is strategic with all areas

Hotel location is good and acceptable, lobby looks grand and clean. Bathroom size is okay, with powerful water pressure. But, 1. When we reached the upper level, the atmosphere and cleanliness are too different compared to the lobby. 2. Upon entering our room, we were utterly shocked with the rundown room condition. 3. Room with 'obvious wood smell', the smell even stuck on our clothes. 4. The mattress can be seen to have sagged significantly. 5. Make-up table damaged. 6. Floor skirting spotted damaged in some areas, suspected of having termites. 7. The bed was not stable and was about to collapse every time we sat, lied, or moved on the bed. 8. The floor was not clean, our feet turned a little black after entering the room.

It's so much fun and comfortable and peaceful. 👍

Dirty corridors, carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Dirty rooms and chairs, bathroom tiles are too slippery. Overall, not recommended.

Room door ( double lock ) was not working it's unsafe and change room for the next day. I booked for King but got 2 single. Hopefully in future it's will never happen again.

First time stay at Melaka Raya area, strategic location to travel attractions, simple but cozy room setting, suitable for small family trip.

Oke, kamar lumayan untuk family superior. Family dengan anak-anak yang besar-besar 2 orang muat lah dengan suami. Tanggal 1 check in, sayang karyawan-nya yang cewek jutek sangat 😄.
