Everything was fine and comfortable. But the towels smelled so strongly of chlorine, it was a headache.

Friendly service. Easy access to rooms (there's an elevator). Humble security. Also, thank you to the incredibly humble receptionist who made everything easy for guests.

The room was quite comfortable. However, it's a shame the staff were indifferent, unsmiling, and completely unfriendly. The only person who was friendly was the receptionist. Luckily, we only booked for one night. If it had friendly staff, this hotel would have been great, but it's a shame that out of so many, only one receptionist was friendly.

Overall it's really good, the service is top-notch from CS etc. very friendly. The food is also varied for that price per pax it's considered cheap and delicious. The only slight minus in the room, I would like to ask the hotel to check again for the mattress and blanket are they really clean or not because when I slept it felt itchy caused by the dust that settled. Or just a suggestion for the mattress can be washed because it seems the cause of the itching is from the mattress and blanket. Previously I wanted to write it in a note but happened to not have a ballpoint pen so I'll share it here. Sorry and thank you 🙏

The AC is not cold enough because it is not directed to the bed but to the floor / TV area. For some reason, the cleanliness is a bit poor because there are still hairs left in the toilet even though it is usually okay.

My second stay here. The location is close to everything, clean, and the staff is friendly. We were able to leave our luggage since it wasn't check-in time yet. The room wasn't soundproof enough; we happened to be next door to a family with a small child, so the noise drifted into the room. But overall, it was good, and worth it.

Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the bathroom facilities, and the TV. I enjoyed my stay there, but that's what made it so unpleasant and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Location: 9/10, very close to Malioboro, a++. Breakfast: 8/10, quite varied, unfortunately, there's no egg corner, as is typical of a B3-rated hotel. Room: 8/10, quite quiet and well-equipped with utilities. There was a slight downside, which I found problematic during check-in. My room card wouldn't work due to an error. Fortunately, there was a Hong Kong staff member on duty who immediately contacted the relevant staff, so I wasn't left stranded for too long. All staff: 9/10, all implemented the 3S well, and the check-in/out process was quick. However, they were a little uninformative towards some customers (which is fatal if you judge customers based on personal assumptions) if the hotel included a restaurant, lounge, and rooftop swimming pool. Building: 9/10, strategically located, very close to Malioboro and typical Jogja food stalls. The building is spacious, the room was spacious enough for me, even with a toddler, and ample parking for a motorcycle. Thank you and hopefully in the future this can be an evaluation for better service.

The room is okay, the food is average, the location is okay for going to Malioboro. The room is not soundproof, because the TV in the room next to it is very loud.

I didn't have time to take a photo, the location is very close to Malioboro, the weather in Yogyakarta when I visited was hot, so the room's AC wasn't that cold, it was just cool so it took a long time to cool down.
