Very outdated rooms, and there was an extremely loud concert directly under the building until 11pm so was difficult to get proper rest. Rusty hairdryer and bathroom appliances, desk chair had stains. The "bed" was two small beds put together so was not comfortable to sleep. Not sure why this place has good reviews but maybe it was just my room...in addition the manager knocked on my door at 9:30 pm demanding 100 euros for the driver they arranged to take me to the hospital when I had an ear infection. We had never agreed on that price and the managers behavior made me uncomfortable.

Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. No elevator of course which is normal for older historic buildings. Parking is in the city parking lots and you must then walk to hotel as the hotel is inside the pedestrian only area.

Great location. Great service. Historic building which is immaculately maintained. We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of high season (very end of July) in one of the deluxe rooms which contained a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Given the location & relative age of the building, the room was pretty spacious. Even had an extra toilet which comes in handy for a family. Directly next to the main church in the town square so you get to hear the church bell, but if you are not up in the morning to enjoy the harbor view for an above average hot/cold breakfast (included in room rate)... well that is your own fault. Parking was about 4-5 blocks away (hotel is in a pedestrian only zone) but the staff drove us with our luggage to/from the car via their small electric car. Easy enough. Our stay was super hot (mid 90s which was higher than usual even for mid-summer) so we appreciated the room's AC unit. Another advantage... especially for those traveling who have grown accustomed to AC (translation = Americans). All-in-all, the rates were a little pricey but the location, cleanliness, and great staff/service is worth the few extra Krona.

We were joining a bicycle tour. The hotel was very accommodating. Small room. Only one chair. Very good bed. Good breakfast. Perfectly located.

Great hotel in a great location. Three nights here and we were well taken care of. Hotel staff are excellent. Breakfast was basic but great quality with excellent coffee. Room was on the small side but fine. Wi-Fi not always good especially upstairs. Would stay again and recommend.

Great location. Tastefully restored and decorated property. Cozy breakfast right at the tiny square overlooking an old church and the marina. Would definitely stay there again. Bed a bit hard for my taste.

We stay only one night, as family with 2 small children. Room was clean and hotel personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest, not big choice but good. If you are in area to visit Brijuni Islands, it is perfect hotel for you. Just 100m from ferry and perfect clean sea. Definitely to come back and stay few days more.

We stayed here as part of a 6-country trip, and our whole family loved Fazana. Our room was a bit smaller than the pics online indicated (as they usually do), but we enjoyed the family feel of the hotel. Great breakfast and easy drives to Pula or Rovinj if you have a car. Parking is just a couple hundred yards away at the nearby beach.

This wonderful little place situated across the main square from the little fishing harbor and a centuries-old church is a great place to spend the night between Rovinj and Pula. The place was immaculately maintained and the free breakfast was probably the best I had in Croatia. There isn't parking in the old town, but there's a parking lot maybe 150 yards away.

Fabulous location on the harbour- there is always something going on, it seems. (There was a food event at the time of our visit and the music did go on till quite late. Maybe request a room at the back of the hotel if you need an early night!) Rooms are well equipped and have character. A/c is very efficient and incredibly quiet. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. Loved it. Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of cold meats, cheese, fruit, pastries and juices etc. Fried or scrambled eggs are also available.

We only needed this hotel for one night due to flights being on different day to when our main resort started but was a great find and great choice. Slightly difficult to find but once we asked the locals all was ok. Staff at hotel were excellent, friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable room in a great area made a perfect start to our holiday

What a find! A great boutique hotel in a super fishing village with a staff that treated us like royalty. Special thanks to our host, Dom. He is a super manager and so efficient and pleasant. All the staff seemed like our friends and did a splendid job making our stay one of the best in Croatia. We will be back!

The only downside of this super hotel is its proximity to the church and the bell tower. The bells start at 5am!
