Very friendly hotel staff 🥰 The swimming pool is also nice but unfortunately the rooms don't have AC because it's really hot at night

The view is indeed a champion but the infrastructure is very outdated, the water tap does not work, the TV is still a tube model, the bed sheets are not clean and white, the room telephone does not work, parking space is limited, please management renovate the rooms.

What's impressive is that there is a swimming pool with a view of Lake Toba. The receptionist and security services are very good. The rooms and breakfast are just so-so.. standard...

The staff are friendly, the place is really good, coincidentally got a view of Lake Toba, the bedroom and bathroom are also clean, it's just a shame I don't really like the smell, maybe later the sheets and towels can be improved, the rest is really good, recommended for that price 🥰🥰🫰

strategic location, suitable for family vacation, spacious hotel, very satisfied going around the hotel area, the rooms are also spacious, delicious breakfast and many food choices, only the room interior is a bit old-fashioned, but very satisfied staying at this hotel.

Impossible to sleep after 6am. Kids playing and screaming and alarm sounding from the boat while operating walking distance from the hotel. Everything but peaceful place.
