Nice one near TP, and lots of culinary options on the street right outside, very spacious for its rate.

Access, environment, atmosphere, and food overall are good.

The food has no menu name. Chicken cooked in broth for three days, never fried. Lack of variety. Porridge isn't very tasty. Bland. Coconut milk isn't savory. Sugar is also strange. Traditional vegetable dishes for two days.

Very strategic location, affordable price.

Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and an affordable price. It's certainly not comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel, but for its class and those just needing a place to sleep while traveling around Surabaya, it's worth it.

Prior to booking, i contacted the hotel to inquire about an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as our stay was solely for transit purposes. The reservations confirmed that this would be possible. However, upon arrival at 10:00 AM, i were informed that early check-in was not available due to no rooms being vacated yet, and that standard check-in time was 2:00 PM. Given that our room rate included breakfast and we were checking out at 9:00 PM on the same day, we requested a take-away breakfast for that evening. i were able to check in at 2:00 PM, and found the room to be clean. However, we noted that some wall areas showed signs of peeling due to moisture, and the cold water tap in the bathroom was faulty (loose). Unfortunately, the requested take-away breakfast was not provided at the time of our check-out.

Several times staying in this hotel group. This time the room smells, damp, bathroom smells. Cold AC, hot water ok. The room is not soundproof, noisy traffic can be heard. The room is close to the room boy staff room to store equipment, noisy

Near TP, friendly staff, quite tasty breakfast with lots of choices (but the fried rice was soft), sorry but the ceiling of the room looked like it had black mold, the bathroom toilet was yellow, hopefully it will be better in the future.

The bellboy was not very agile, he didn't want to help lift the luggage.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.
