The hotel staff are all friendly, the room is comfortable, only the bed sheets can be replaced with new ones or sorted into brighter colors, there are very few staff, yes, please add more, it's a shame even though the hotel is busy, thank God, it's close to everywhere, there are not many food stalls next to the hotel, there is an Indomaret next to the hotel, the bathroom is clean, only the lights are a bit dark, it seems like I forgot to mop my room on the second day, thank God it was mopped, thank God overall it's really okay

Usually, when booking a hotel here, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the prices are affordable, the location is strategic. It's a regular here, close to Ciwalk Mall.

Noisy sounds could be heard from outside the room, from 11 o'clock at night to early morning it was really noisy in front of the room, I couldn't sleep for a while.

The room was dirty, the atmosphere felt dim, one of the mattresses had stains, and the floor was unclean at the end. The bathroom lacked towels, a mat, and toiletries (such as a toothbrush and soap), and the toilet was still dirty, as if it hadn't been scrubbed. There was a TV, bottled water, and a thermos water heater, but no tea or coffee.

The staff is very friendly. Maybe because the room is smoking, it smells a bit bad.

It's pretty good for the price offered. Suggestion, for every room that will be checked in, it has been sprayed with fragrance so that the entire bedroom and bathroom are not damp and musty.

- No towels.- AC was not cool and the water was dripping.- Warm water not working.- No telephone in the room.- Very dirty.- Sheets were gray (should have been white)- Have a feeling the bed cover was not washed.- Terrible service. Better go find another hotel because I think the rating is inaccurate.

Got a suite, the room was quite spacious but the sheets weren't very clean, there were no towels and the soap was empty so I had to ask for it first.
