Nice old classic type hotel in a great location. I had a nice big room at the front. Was a bit worried about the noise of the trams passing by the front of the hotel. Luckily I always carry a pair of earplugs when traveling. Glad I had them as the trams run until midnight and start at 6am. Bed was comfortable and clean bedding. Room was clean and well maintained. Train station and multiple bus and tram stops all very near by. Big shopping mall only 5 minutes walk away if you need any shopping. Great row of pubs and eateries also 5 minutes walk away situated under the old railway arches just west of the station. Zabca convenience store on one side of the hotel and a nice bakery on the other side. Great for a breakfast option if you don't want to pay extra for hotel breakfast. All in all a great value, clean and comfortable hotel.

Bardzo cienkie ściany uniemożliwiają odpoczynek, ponieważ wszystko słychać z pokoju obok. Również brak dźwiękoszczelnych okien przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Hałasujące i rozmawiające głośno od rana sprzątaczki to kolejny powód, żeby tam ponownie nie przyjeżdżać. Jednym słowem : wielkie ROZCZAROWANIE.

Hotel Europejski is conveniently located in Wroclaw with a distinctly 19c. feel to it. My purpose was to have a place to sleep before leaving early for a flight; however, the hotel didn't offer that. My room was located near the street, which was fairly raucous on a Saturday night while above it, discotech thumped late into the night. If you want a quiet stay, maybe ask for a room higher up from the street.

I booked this hotel for my parent's weekend getaway; they were very pleased. Hotel is just a few minutes away from the train station and 15 min from the market square. Room was tidy, bathroom clean. Breakfast was the highlight of their stay- super delicious! Thank you for making this trip a pleasant experience!

Nice, clean hotel close to transport, around 15 min walk from main square. Staff helpful. Room 804 was a good size room with separate bedroom and lounge area.

This stay was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel of this level. At the reception, I was greeted by a very rude young woman. She provided no necessary information, couldn’t even find my reservation, and just kept repeating “I don’t know.” In the end, she told me to call Hotels.com myself. Next, as shown in the photo, the shower was terrible. The drain had clearly never been cleaned and was covered in mold, smelling like a sewer. It was clogged with someone else’s hair, so the water wouldn’t drain, leaving you standing in a disgusting pool of dirty water.

Curtain only covered half the window, not allowing any privacy and making sleep difficult at sunrise.

The hotel is very near the train station and the city centre. Big room and clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a variety of choice.

Miserable staff look like their doing community service rather than working. Male in reception was welcoming and friendly but lady in cafe knew how to charge for coffee but didn't know how to make it, I received a glass of hot milk with a touch of coffee colouring. When challenged I was told I would have to pay for an extra shot when I was charged 19 zloty for milk that should've been coffee. Lady on reception departure day couldn't crack a smile never mind a joke, she had zero people skills and looked an uncontent, miserable individual that should not be in hospitality. 2 single duvets on a double bed and curtains that covered 3/4's the width of the windows, air con was purely an artefact for show. Hospitality is just a word here. The place has history and character but most of the staff I had the joy of interacting with have no pride or happiness in working here.
