At the third night of our stay, the air conditioner was broken, the “owner?” brought two fans to our room, and not even a “sorry” was spoken. I asked the owner what happened, he just smiled and told me “The air conditioner is broken and we will ask for technician to fix it but it’s too late already so probably tomorrow they will come.” However, I am checking out the very next day. So, the statement actually didn’t fix anything. I am just so disappointed by them not even saying sorry at all, not even when I check out. Definitely so disappointed by the hospitality and facility.
