Overall, this is a basic 3-star hotel located in the center, which is the heart of the city and accessible everywhere. Don't have high expectations for the hotel; nothing is perfect. Bring your own slippers. Not all rooms have a fridge; upon request, if you need a fridge for cooling food. I booked 1 triple room with a window and 1 double room with no windows. The queen bed makes noise when sleeping. Basic cleaning is still done, but in the bathroom, no toilet paper was replaced after cleaning. At night, I called the front desk, who asked the guest to pick it up themselves at the front desk. The sink's water tap flows too slowly. Malay staff cannot speak English well.

Ok...just a bit cramped for 3 adults. But just for sleeping and checking out early, it's ok for the price

Parking best. Behind the hotel there is a delicious eatery. Her room is very spacious. The deco in her room is very beautiful! But the water in this room is small, slow, it's not best to take a shower. Then there was one aircond, facing the door. Open temperature 16 is still hot. Sleep tight without a blanket. We close the bed, once we look under the bed there are a lot of garbage rolls. We added one extra mattress. Lying down to sleep suddenly itches. It's kind of itchy. Dad can't sleep while scratching. Because he's the only one wearing that mattress. Go downstairs and find out who the hotel people are, good luck. At one o'clock in the morning our room changed the mattress.

The good thing was they have a big parking lot at the back of the building; The room is big; The hot/cold water for the shower is in good condition. Meanwhile, the bad thing was the toilet/shower is a bit smelly. No perfume/fragrance found. The floor is a bit dusty, especially under the bed. The TV is a bit old. Our room card/key can't open the door. The room also doesn't have a closet but is given only one hanger.

One of the staff is a perv. Booked for two days, left on the first. Felt so unsafe. I hope that the higher management had taken care of this matter and I hope that the staff would get a penalty of his irresponsible action.

Agent and hotels have no communication, details and information given from site are all incorrect. Each blame each other for the mistakes, at the end customers that suffer.

Gave us a free upgrade as they ran out of the room we booked. The location is so strategically with reasonable price. Definitely will be staying here again.
