I requested a non-smoking area from the start, but when I arrived, I was placed in the smoking area. Disappointing.

Strategic location, lots of food around the hotel. The AC is hot, the room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom smells a bit bad, the shower is broken so bathing is difficult, and there's no elevator so you have to take the stairs.

The AC wasn't cold and was noisy, only blowing air. The room leaked, so I couldn't move rooms. The TV had no channels, the shower didn't drain very well, and there was no hot water. For that price, it seemed too expensive.

The hotel looks like a guesthouse from the outside, but inside the building is quite old, I don't know where, but they have a clean place, their hotel-class service is very humble and friendly. There is a coffee shop inside that is open 24 hours, they still serve well. They also provide free coffee, bread, and eggs in the morning. My minus is, the 3rd floor only has stairs, the cellphone network signal is not good, the internet is not good, only 2 bars, the bathroom light is only on one side so it feels dim.

I was quite satisfied with my stay in three rooms. Thank you for the excellent and friendly hospitality, even though it's a small hotel. Please improve on other good things.

The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning. It's a shame we let in a few people. The staff even sprayed it, but it's still there.

City center, lots of eateries around the hotel, friendly staff, and quick to respond to any requests. The room is spacious enough for praying, the AC is really cold 😄, the smart TV provides plenty of viewing options, and the bathroom is clean with hot water. Overall, the best 👍🏻

The hotel staff was very friendly. The service was good. The room was clean, not smelly or dirty. The bathroom was clean, with decent hot water. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough.

Everything is good, but the bathroom tiles should be cleaned more so the black grout can be seen, and the sagging mattress should be repaired or replaced so it's more comfortable to sleep on. Thanks, that's all.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room isn't very large and the hotel building is quite old. Placing food on the table attracts ants.
