Nice room could do with a little tlc staff friendly

Despite the floods and a state of emergency being put in place the staff carried on as normal with cleaning ect ect Plesent stay under the circumstances

The hotel was pleasant but not centrally located being about 14km from Florence. You would need a car to get to and from the centre.

Excellent customer service very attentive cleanness of the rooms

Nice hotel, but very far from center, took me 45 min from train station. 2 stops by tram and 40 min by bus 30 B to get to the hotel. Good for people who rent a car. Staff is helpful

今回一泊だけでしたがホテルはきれいなのですがアクセスが悪すぎます。フィレンツェの駅からトラムの終点近くで降りてから1時間に一本のようで時間には来ません土日はありません。それとGoogleで表示された駅が実際と違い乗り過ごしました。ホテルのスタッフはとても良く電子レンジもいなかおひとつせず貸していただきました。またチャンスがあれば利用したいと思います。

Struttura situata in zona campi bisenzio. Anche se l'Hotel ha l'aspetto un po datato, le camere hanno tutti i confort minimi e necessari.

Non è un 4 stelle, sembrava un ostello. Non c'è bar, non c'è servizio colazione, una sola persona alla reception. stanza anni 90. Lobby triste e sporca.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre très propre, literie confortable, calme. L’idéal pour notre escale de retour. En revanche, nous avons cherché un peu car l’hôtel n’est pas très bien indiqué pour une arrivée tardive.

Offertona...59 € a notte per 3 nucleo familiare...5 € al giorno per il parcheggio custodito...10 € una tantum per presenza cane. Pulizia ok...personale cortese ed attento alle necessità del cliente. Prr essere un 4 stelle mancavano possibilità di extra servizi.

Stanza fredda. Riscaldamento non funzionante. Tv tubo catodico con telecomando non funzionante. Puzza di polvere. Doccia ostruita.
