The staff when I checked in (Harry) was very very good and friendly, he was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I was disappointed as the hotel had bed bugs. I spent whole night itching and scratching. When I woke up, my whole body had bites and all red. Very uncomfortable, I informed the lady in the reception but she was not understanding and at most she said she will send the cleaner to clean the room. Not happy with that outcome

It was not a noisy environment, very peaceful and friendly environment.

Stay with high quality. Big car park. Reception desk always available if anything needed.room with balcony decent size. Walking shower was advantage.no kettle in a room. Which is bit disappointing but option to make tee/coffee for your self in lounge/ bar area. Definitely plus to get water still or fizzy from distributor for free as well when it was very hot on our stay. Breakfast as complimentary for all residents wide selection.more than just minimum continental.

Good value stay in Antwerp

The hotel was not in the normal condition that I would expect for the price paid

Friendly and Helpful Staff, rooms clean, location ok, but traffic noise at front of hotel.

This hotel is highly recommended by me. Very clean, quiet, excellent lobby. Only a 15 minute tram ride to the centrum of Antwerp. The elevator takes some getting used to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotels.com description stated that this hotel had a restaurant and bar. It has neither, is a bit seedy and in a fairly industrial area.

i was looking for a budget hotel with easy access to the Lotto Arena and Centraal Station. this was ideal. 10 mins from arena and 20 from the station. quiet and comfortable over the road to the route 6 tram line stops

Not that great, far from the city, located over a gas station.

Hotel was on a busy road and unfortunately lots of road noise, basic room but for 1 night that was ok, was clean and warm! breakfast was nice and also staff friendly, couple of miles from city centre but tram/bus stops right outside the hotel. Free parking was a bonus.
