Good hotel in the heart of Kristianstafd.

Amazing staff. Friendly, professional and efficient. Located as central as it can be. Beautiful tasteful interior with deep big windows. Breakfast was delicious. I wish the pillows could have been more comfortable. A bit too thick and hard.

Bit dated but was a nice standard and breakfast was very good. Would be worth checking over the summer if any nightclub noise is expected as Friday was noisy until 3am.

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money. We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

The hotel is a short and easy walk from the station, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean but basic/dated. I’m unsure if it was a one off as I’ve not seen it mentioned in other reviews, but there seemed to be a nightclub very nearby as there was really loud music playing until 3am on both Friday and Saturday night (to the point where the room felt like it was vibrating) I would suggest taking earplugs/asking to not face the street if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful building, super location, lovely staff. Unfortunately it ends here. The hotel needs a massive programme of refurbishment. the old girl is dying on her feet through lack of investment. I'm no keyboard warrior and I don't post negative reviews in general but this building, this location, these members of staff deserve a hotel they can be proud of. Right now it's a long way off.

Låg standard men helt ok

Trevligt Hotell centralt beläget. Bra rum som var både tyst och mörkt, man sov bra där. Mycket trappor, ej handikappsvänligt.

Rummet var okej men inte noggrant städat med fläckar på både nattduksbord och skrivbord. Rummet var lyhört och när folk gick i korridoren så sviktade hela golvet inne i rummet.

Rummet kunde varit lite bättre stadat. Personalen var hjälpsam. Ingen toalett i foajén för oss som kört långt. Ingen personal att fråga heller. Mycket bra frukost.

Rent o fungerande, men slitet.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi fick frukostpaket med oss då vi var tvungna att åka tidigare. Fick även allergivänlig frukost. Stort och fint rum. Dessvärre kallt. Gick heller inte att reglera temperaturen. Fanns rätt stort kylskåp på rummet.
