Our air conditioning did not work at the property, it had a musty smell, there is no door and the bathroom and bedroom is basically all one room.

No concierge service. Even though the hotel lists that they have one....no they don't!!! The airport shuttle is not through the hotel and you must take care of it...they don't help you. It costs more then Uber. The employees are sweet and professional. But their hands are tied with how much help they can provide.

I was dissatisfied with my room as I asked for a quiet room and was given one that had so much noise and they said there was none. I ended up in a third choice of room. Very stressful.

Right at a metro station

The staff was very helpful. I have a CPAP which uses distilled water. With our current security environment, carrying distilled water onboard flights is not possible, and late arrivals can make acquiring it upon arrival impossible. The staff solved this problem for me. They are wonderfully helpful people, especially Vania and Ana!

Close to the airport and metro is just outside the hotel. Dining options around the hotel is limited.

A great place to stay in Lisbon right next to the train station and within walking distance to the old city centre and port.

great location. the metro station is just outside the hotel. the room was comfortable and breakfast was good. the elevator was tiny.
