Staff was so welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable bed and great shower, modern and location was perfect. Close to cafes, shopping and transportation.

Very clean and easy check in. The guy staff at the reception was respectful. The only problem is that the walls are thin, you can hear people walking and talking from up and other connected rooms. Tram station is a block away.Coop is nearby too

Its an old building so don't expect any high tech in the room. They still use key instead of the magnetic card.

There was a streetcar station right next to the property, which made it very easy to go to Zurich.

Too much noises from transportation and no air conditioner in the hotel .don’t recommend this hotel in summer time.

Close to main train station. Only a seven stops on the tram which is very close by. Only downside is no A/C when it gets hot. But provided small fans for the rooms.

Good hotel

Hotel was as advertised. Not much to look at from the outside, but our family room was clean and stocked with towels. We even had a portable air conditioner, which was a nice bonus during a heat wave.

Spacious and clean

I reserved three identical double rooms as shown in the picture, so was expecting just that. Instead we got one room which an upgrade, nice but the a/c was in the lounge and cold air was not reaching us and very noisy all night. Room 2, had the bathroom sink outside the room which was not described and with no electric socket and room3 the bed was at an angle which made it difficult to get out. We were not aware of this until we entered the rooms and there was no mention of this on the website.

I had an upgrade to hotel stoller. Staff was MORE than great

After booking I immediately got a message saying the hotel is unavailable and I've been booked at another down the road. Their parking was full so I spent 20 minutes driving around the area looking for an insecure public space. Man on reception enjoyed an arguement saying my driving licence isn't valid and is out of date (Swiss driving licences have no expiry). Never ever had an issue using this ID before all over the world, didn't appreciate all this hassle at 11pm.

Rooms were very clean and staff was helpful especially when helping me figure out how to use the local public transportation. I am planning on staying here again in the very near future
