The room smelled of unpleasant perfume, making it hard to breathe. The bathroom towels looked like they'd been used. The phone was broken.
The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. It wasn't good, really.

As soon as we entered the lobby, there was a musty smell that probably came from the jute ropes hanging above, the aroma was not pleasant for us who are allergic to dust. The room's AC was not cold and there were leeches in the toilet. Ordered for a friend who was in transit in Surabaya. For other services, it was okay.

Warm water is not available, and it wasn't informed on check-in. One lift can't be operated. The receptionist replied with an excuse that the current rate already considers the condition of warm water being broken (not available), but she couldn't show the evidence. Overall, my experience in this hotel is bad. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.
