Great little hotel! Couldn’t have been better.

Very clean hotel, very simple & modern. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up! This was a disappointment, especially given how much we paid to stay there. Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, but poor in-room service.

A fantastic location in the heart of the pedestrianised part of Riva del Garda. Reception staff were very welcoming, although at breakfast quite often overlooked and had to wait a long time for a coffee. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and of good quality. The room for a family of 4 was very spacious with a large double bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed. All very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. However, as a 4 star hotel the room was a bit bland and sparse (everything the same neutral colour with nothing on the walls)with no facilities such as tea or coffee available. The lift up to the 3rd floor was fine for us but for anyone with mobility issues they would struggle with all the steps to even get to the lift. Being in the centre of the old part there is no parking. It was very busy being the weekend of the windsurfing world championships! We did manage to find a parking space but it was some distance to the hotel. Again, fine for us but others may struggle. The room and the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The 'solarium' (roof terrace) is a lovely spot to sit and catch some sun with fabulous views over the higgeldy piggeldy rooftops towards the lake. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice place... except the air in our room did not work well. It was hot at night!! . We ended up opening the windows but it did not help much and the noice and light kept us from sleeping.

Excellent location helpful staff elegant and spotless clean rooms

We chose this hotel for its location and the price. Located in the centre of Riva Del Garda, ideal for activities on the lake and local restaurants. Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. Good secure parking close by which enabled us to park up for the whole of,our time in Riva, knowing the car and its contents were safe. Nice breakfast, with a good selection of food. The. Only grumble was the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough in view of the high temperatures, and led to some difficulties in sleeping due to the heat. Otherwise fantastic place and highly recommended.

This hotel is situated walking distance from the train station and town centre. Our room was modern yet authentic, clean and excellent value for money. Breakfast was just what we wanted with nice fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurt etc would highly recommend!

The area is very relaxed with biking, beach and water sports. Town over more beach type town with more focus on water sports. Hotel - Wifi was limited. Breakfast was hot and cold.

Centrally located right in the heart of Riva - Nice rooms - Very Clean. Lovely staff on reception in particular Claudia who could not have been more helpful.

This hotel is exactly as it appears in the photos on the website and the location is perfect for exploring the town and surrounding area. The breakfast is very good with many different choices and all appear to be very fresh me tasty. Negatives: no coffee/tea facilities in the room and mini bar was empty unless you called to have it filled. No complimentary water, no ice unless requested at the bar to take back to the room.

Very small, no in room refreshments, no climate control in 40 degree heat, low quality breakfast, no fresh pastries, dry cakes, powdered eggs, concentrated juices, unfortunately disappointing, not a 4 star standard. Left one day early at my expense.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great central location. We had half board and the food was of a good standard. Just a couple of evenings which weren't quite up to standard of four star. But still more than edible!

Great hotel in the old town. Simple rooms but very clean. Great breakfast with huge selection of cereals, cheeses, meats, eggs, yoghurt, breads and pastries. We had a hire car and the hotel can provide a card for a reduced rate in a nearby car park (€12 a day) otherwise you can park in the blue spaces on the street (€5 a day) however these were few and far between.
