Great hotel - super nice staff and comfy beds!

Paid for deluxe room but it was to simply didn’t like it, plus’s if you got car they will charge you for £20 over night. Location was good.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The room was spacious, bed really comfortable and the staff at the reception super friendly! 10/10! I will definitely be coming back :)

Very nice hotel. Great reception staff. Centrally located within easy walking distance to the main center of town. Parking is limited so be sure to book a space directly with the hotel.

Perfect location, 3 minute walk from the station, close to everything. Staff was useful, nice and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. Absolutely amazing breakfast.

1) The hotel cleaners never cleaned our dustbins for 3 days the same rubbish was there from when we checked in till we checkout 2) the curtains are falling off and don’t cover all the windows, it was very hard to get any sleep whilst sleeping on the sofa bed as the light was coming in 3) the sofa bed was not made up and we had to wait 1 hour 45 min from 9pm till 1045pm till someone came to bring us linen/pillows/duvet 4) the bathroom shower was disappointing the water was so slow and half way through the water cuts off then followed by a small break the water starts again with ice cold water. This was the penthouse
