Perfect for families, business trips, and vacations. The front desk service is excellent and friendly. Receptionists Aldi and Bella were incredibly helpful and provided information on every service. Great... The price is OK. Ample parking and all the rooms are cool.

Right after checking out, I remembered I left something behind, but I was too embarrassed to go back to the room to get it, hehe. Just let it go. I wish I could offer something to the guest, whether they want it taken or not. It's just to avoid regrets, really. After all, it's okay. Definitely recommended. If you're planning a vacation in Lampung, don't skip this hotel. Nice, cool, and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable. What's amazing is the presence of a Quran and prayer mat in the room. It makes it easier for us to read the Quran every day. This is a highly recommended hotel. It was a pleasure staying at Swiss-Bel. Thank you.
