The hotel staff was friendly and kind. While walking around the hotel, we saw a ping pong table and the security guard immediately brought us ping pong balls and paddles for us to play. Thank you to the staff at SwissBel Lampung.

The atmosphere is comfortable, not too far from the city center, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. Other amenities, such as the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the small cafe on site, could use improvement. Overall, this is a very comfortable and homey place to stay.

The staff is not friendly, the water in the swimming pool is dirty, check-in time is at 14.00 and arrived at 15.00. I booked 3 rooms for 4 adults and 5 children but only 1 room was ready and it was a smoking room.

The staff is not friendly, the water in the swimming pool is dirty, check-in time is at 2 PM and arrived at 3 PM, booked 3 rooms for 4 adults and 5 children but only 1 room was ready and it was a smoking room, not recommended to spend a birthday moment with family here.

Very comfortable..just a little bit inside..when the receptionist offered a welcome drink and wanted to offer to take it to the room..until we checked out it still wasn't taken..just a suggestion so it won't disappoint..thank you.

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Bell Lampung. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. I stayed here for two nights. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
