I booked 2rooms for my family. My mother was on a wheelchair and we had a lift from the basement to our floor what made it very easy to access the room. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, there were a mini bar in the reception to offer a welcome drink. If I am not wrong, Carlos and Cris were the two males managers/supervisors who were there during our stay and were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot, breakfast was wonderful with so many things to drink and eat, impossible not trying a bit of everything. The check out was 1200, and we stood from 09;30-11;15 enjoying the heated pool with my family and my 4y nephew. The entire stay was great and I can only say thank you to the great staff. What was really interesting was when we had the breakfast and the staff welcomed us with a big smile and a big "bom dia".....that was incredible. Well done ladies. There is a kids play area, plenty of parking spaces and is 5min from Gramado town center.
