Suprisingly nice, clean. Recommended.

Beds were so tiny and narrow

Not Worth the Price The heating can’t be adjusted individually, which made the room uncomfortable. Dining options in the area are limited, and the noise from the light rail is quite noticeable. On top of that, the staff was indifferent, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our is amazing and my daughters love their breakfast. Good location!

Fantastic suite, spotlessly clean, breakfast was well above what we were expecting, superb value. Only slight issue was having to call the reception to alter any settings on the air con. Would rather be able to control it ourselves. If we ever need a hotel in kosice again then this will be top of the list.

Brand new facility/building. Some constructions around the property are still in progress. Very nice, brand new, and practical rooms. Nice staff, good breakfast. In front of the property is a major highway, so there might be noise in some rooms, however, transportation is easy and convenient to and from the location. Behind the property, there is a residential area where some gypsies are living.

Very relaxing place and convenient to airport. I will use it again in the future. Staff very friendly and professional.

There was feces present in the bidet toilet.

I emailed and said that I would be arriving on a late flight. Message was not passed along. I did not get the room that I paid for. Will see if they can “make it right” in the morning.

Unfortunately they had had a power cut just before we arrived and this knocked out the tv system.... but, you can't hold that against them.... We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, modern and we had a very nice room. It is very close to the airport and ideal as we had an early flight back to the UK.

Lovely hotel, very new, very clean. Staff very friendly especially Tomas who couldn't help enough at breakfast.

Hotel is close to a good shopping mall which contains a number of good restaurants, a health club & Spa and a variety of shops, including a supermarket. Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. Airport is 10 min drive.

Nice hotel - some road noise as very close to major road junction. Hotel in good condition, good speed of wifi. I'll stay there again. Nice staff and all spoke English very well.

The twin room we had was spacious and had everything we needed however on checking in we were advised that the restaurant was closed as it had been hired out for a wedding, thankfully there were plenty of other options at the shopping mall opposite.
