The hotel staff is friendly, it's close to everything, including the bus terminal, the front of the mall, the swimming pool and gym, the full breakfast, and the comfortable and well-equipped atmosphere. The reception Mr. Vithasagar was pleasant, room service attendance were responsible, the location was very near to town area, parking was joint to Cititel hotel, overall all good, thank you😊

I and my family enjoyed our stay. We liked the breakfast buffet. Good location, walking distance to 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall, near public transport, and near the main road. The staff there are friendly.

Everything was satisfactory, from security, receptionist, and staff, all were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right opposite the Komtar (bus station) and as we were travelling to Ipoh after Penang, it was an extremely convenient location for us. I like the fact that a water dispenser was provided outside the hotel rooms; this was a great sustainable alternative to bottled water, although bottled water was also provided. The hotel staff was also very accommodating in providing us a connecting room for my family and I.

A hotel with a very strategic location, close to the city center and various shopping, dining, and tourist areas. Suitable for business trips, families, and leisure. Cleanliness and service are also excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and I will return to stay again.

This is my 2nd time staying here and enjoyed my staycation for this trip. Room is very spacious and the views overlook not only the Komtar building but the Georgetown northeastern seaside as well. Very accommodative staff and able to grant my request to serve in room breakfast while participating on an outside event. Location is also great as it is nearby famous spots and shops. Free breakfast also got a decent variety as well.
