The employees were friendly and we appreciated the welcome drink. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets. The room was a good size. Good location for the airport. Good value. We awoke around 5 am to a noise that carried on for at least 20 minutes, probably a generator.

This is a more or less good location. The service at the restaurant is bad, the waiters are nowhere to be found most of the time. When you want to pay and leave you have to wait until next day or go around trying to find them.

We had a good stay. No complains!

Late availability of the room. Shower head is terrible.

Functional. Had everything we wanted for overnight stay before early flight next day. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is nice but I was concerned about safety around the property.

If you’ve got an early flight and you need a safe, comfortable hotel (free secure parking) this ticks all the boxes. On site restaurant with good breakfast included.

The best thing about this place is the secure parking and that it is close to Lider (Walmart)

It was okay. Staff were very friendly, but very limited English. And no elevators so you much carry your bags up the stairs.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was noisy, easy to hear the conversations from everybody outside.

It was a quiet area in Calama, hotel staff was nice and spoke a little bit of english. Also very accomadting to help. Breakfast was really good and coffee machines to prepare any kind of coffee you want. Overall a very good hotel stay.

Just a dated condo for mine workers. Not a real hotel. Furniture was good. No ac. Train noise. Front was under construction. Most choices in city are worse though.

The rooms were comfortable with a nice kitchenette and the staff very helpful.

Nassha, the receptionist and Marisol, the manager were so helpful and kind. They wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of so our stay and travel we're worry free.
