Posisi strategis, pelayanan semua staff sangat ramah-ramah terutama receptionist, kamar bersih, menu sarapan variatif.

Hotel yang sangat strategik. Berada di pusat bandar. Senang untuk membeli belah dan mendapat kan makanan. Kemudahan hotel juga baik. Layanan dari staf juga sangat memuaskan.

Interior di kamar hotel sudah tua dan tidak terawat, keunggulannya adalah hotel terletak di pusat jajanan REX dan toko souvenir. Makanan biasa aja, tidak ada yang istimewa.

Order 2 of the same rooms but one of the rooms is far different in size and standard, so even laying prayer rugs is difficult, with the excuse that the room is full. The receptionist's answer was very unsatisfactory.

The room was under standard. Cleanness was sub standard. While I stayed there the lift had some trouble. I had my brother with wheel chair stayed at 5th floor and had to wait at the ground floor for. Several hours until the lift was fixed as they have only installed one lift.

Old hotel but okay. The location is also strategic.
