The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was also ample. However, the bathroom was unfortunately not very clean. Dirty dishes from the previous guest were left in front of the room, not picked up from check-in until check-out. There were underwear in the closet belonging to the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned.

Due to occupancy, breakfast for a minimum of 5 rooms will be served at the restaurant. If there are less than 5 rooms, room service is available. The location is very strategic in the Jatinangor area, as it's close to three well-known universities. The staff is excellent, the Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is quite varied, though we found the Sumatran cuisine to be a little lacking.
