The hotel y near to the turístico bus stop and the place is excellent. If I will be back I will stay there once more time

We were surprised at check-in, that there was no cart available for our luggage. They also did not have a person to assist. The carpet in the room had many stains. There was no directory in the room as to how to use the tv or call for room service, etc.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom spotless and roomy. Check-in was seamless.

The location is very central and the front desk team friendly and helpful. We did not purchase breakfast ahead of time and soon discovered that three coffee were $21 Canadian. That was ridiculous. There was coffee in the room and we tried it but unless you like mud, it was quite disgusting. You cannot purchase the pricey beverage until 7 in the morning. Little strange for a major hotel. Overall, wonderful staff but the coffee was a deal breaker.

Great location and nice building, friendly staff and general look and few of hotel is high quality. However, the breakfast was really disappointing for the money and quality of hotel - very small selection, poor coffee, not high quality

Our room was clean, elegant, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel's ambience and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The breakfast was very good although a large group tour was at breakfast and the food quickly would disappear ... This hotel could use new towels (old and thin) or more towels as we had to call to get the towels. Beware of wake up calls as it came 30 minutes late

A few small things in the room needed to be repaired. Nothing was seriously broken; it's more a matter of not being maintained properly. Also, the rooms are very warm and the cooling is not turned on, making for an uncomfortably warm night. You can't leave the window open because it's too loud outside until at least midnight.

It's clean and breakfast is excellent. However, the entire hotel, including the rooms, is very warm. It was March and warm outside but the A/C is not turned on yet, so that made it uncomfortably warm for sleeping.

The location is excellent and the stuff were friendly but Wifi was really bad, That was NO WIFI at all! and a/c can't adjusted in the room, which affected comfort and with improvement would be better experience.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms and hotel were clean however; no central air and shower was difficult to turn on. Hot water was scarce at times for showers.

The hotel was very clean; the staff was very helpful. The only issue was the lack of being able to adjust the temperature in the room.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Turim Marquês Hotel. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. The room was also uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning is centrally controlled, meaning guests cannot adjust it themselves. When we raised the issue, we were advised to open the window instead. However, the hotel is located directly in a flight path, so opening the window resulted in significant airplane noise throughout the night. In addition, the TV was not working upon check in and the maintenance person left the TV wires and module dangling in the room, which looked untidy and unprofessional. Additionally, the hotel advertises being 8 minutes from the airport, but it actually took around 30 minutes to reach, which was misleading. Overall, it was a sleepless and frustrating experience. I expected much better from a four-star hotel.

Room was great, staff were good. only thing room was very hot and no way to turn on AC or fan.
