Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Customer service is top notch. They upgrade our room and allocate a nice view for us when heard it's our first visit to jeju and from our accent could tell where are we from. Also, they spoke fluent English. Room is huge (beds are king and super single) so definitely good for family. Personalize message on TV upon entering. Amenities and facilities are fully equipped. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit jeju again
