Basic and ‘honest’ hotel for the $. Power was cut off the and entire night and cable simply stopped working one day with no apparent solution in sight.

I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

Great place, friendly

No geral não é ruim por conta do café da manhã. O quarto é bom mas pequeno. O banheiro também precisa de umas reformas. Mas o custo benefício ainda vale a pena

My only complaint was the fact they did not have any English channels! Sometimes I like to listen to the tv when I getting ready!

Black out. No emergency lights. Stairs dark. Did not inform guests of planned maintenance.

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic, The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures). The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though) Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around. All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

A great seven nights

It was good overall. Just some issues in the bathroom with the water leaking (nothing major) and it was not very clean when we got in

Osasco is not a touristy area, but for the purpose of our trip it was what we needed. Excelent air conditioning, very good breakfast included in room rate. inconvenient for us was the fact that they do not have connecting rooms and that you cannot put parking charges to room bill/extras.

Very good considering amount paid. Parking has to be paid separately, cannot be added on room bill which is annoying. Very good breakfast.

Good location, great staff however the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all for days. I had to move to another hotel.

Kitchen staff is very friendly , the guys at the front desk on night shift was not helpful at all

O check in foi uma experiência horrível, quase 30 minutos pois não encontrava a reserva, isso porque só havia eu , depois de resolver o problema me informou que o restaurante estava fechado isso as 20:30, o restaurante sequer pode fornecer taças , só depois de muita insistência , fui a um quarto no nono andar e a chave não funcionou , mais 30 minutos e o funcionário voltou com a chave de outro quarto, que não era o que havia reservado e parecia uma reserva técnica pois estava sujo e com cheiro de fechado por muito tempo.

It is located in a SUPER BUSY street and area (across the street with a hospital) and they "forgot" about the noise in the room(at least the one I stayed) that starts around 4:30AM and ends around midnight. So if you want to relax during your sleep time, regrettably, it won't be possible. For all the rest, it is an enjoyable place to stay.

TIVEMOS UM ATENDIMENTO HORRÍVEL (não somente eu , como todos que se hospedaram estes dias ) , o atendente na hora do check-in foi homofóbico em suas falas , rindo quando disse que sim , o quarto era casa (ele riu diversas vezes dizendo que talvez eu pudesse ter errado na escolha das camas) . Quando entramos , não tínhamos toalhas de banho , não tínhamos cobertores e muito menos travesseiros no quarto , ficamos mais de 02 horas aguardando subir estes utensílios( alegando que as toalhas não tinham chegado da lavanderia) desci por duas vezes a recepção (porque não atendem o telefone) , quando cheguei a recepção estava um caos. Depois das duas horas recebemos os cobertores e travesseiros , depois subiram as toalhas …. Não me recordo se o Atendente se chamava Rodrigo, mas precisam urgentemente de um treinamento sobre Diversidade e Inclusividade( pesquisem sobre) !
