In the app, this hotel appears as one of the "top 10" hotels near Universal Studios Japan, but I found that an exaggeration. It's true that it's next to Tsukamoto station, but you need to take three different modes of transport to get back from Universal. Breakfast is only served from 7 am onwards, and those going to the park may need breakfast before then. The breakfast options are quite limited for those not used to Japanese cuisine, but the bread was delicious. There's no washing machine, but there's a free coffee machine available all day... 10 out of 10 for reception service and cleanliness!

Easy access from the station. Several restaurants, small bars, and stores are all within walking distance. Polite staff. Clean. The window could be opened by one of the housekeepers. I stayed two nights, and I enjoyed it.

The hotel location was very strategic, near Tsukamoto Station and only one station ahead from Osaka Station.

It was located within a 2 minutes walk from Tsukamoto Station. For your reference, Tsukamoto station is in the JR line, so your Osaka Metro Pass cannot be used to pay your fare from Osaka to Tsukamoto (170 yen for one way fare from Tsukamoto to Osaka). There is no laundry facility in the hotel, but there is a coin laundry a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We did not purchase breakfast in this hotel, but the coffee and green tea was free and accessible 24/7 in the lobby. Free amenities were excellent. They give you towels and pajamas every day and will only enter your room if you put "Please Clean Room" sign. There is a Family Mart between this hotel and Tsukamoto station, so you will not be starving.

The staff are friendly. Check-in process is easy.

The location is quite good, the environment is quiet, the rooms are old-fashioned, without heating. Not recommended in winter.

This is a perfect hotel for staying at Osaka. Cheap price, spacious room, everyday housekeeping, the important thing is so close to tsukamoto station. It's only +/- 3 minutes walk I guess. The next station after tsukamoto station is osaka, and it's so convenient to go anywhere. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a perfect stay at Osaka.

The location of the hotel is very close to Tsukamoto Station, there is famimart, level Mc D near the hotel. And only 1 station away from Osaka Station, it is recommended even though the rooms are compact size

The place is so clean and one station away to Umeda building. The hotel is easy to see. I highly recommend you to stay here if you're looking for a safe and comfortable stay. Not to mention that it is cheap

Accommodation is very close to Tokamoto station. And only one station to Osaka Station, the environment is calm and safe. Friendly hotel service. Unfortunately the rooms are small for threes and the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights. near Tsukamoto Station, just walk 2 minutes. Family mart is the best thing, we had breakfast every morning there. Sadly, their didn't have room heater. So freezing in our room, because outside was 5°C.

The hotel is very close to the JR station. Tsukamoto, and family mart. Rooms are always cleaned every day, hotel staff is friendly.あ り が と う ご ざ い ま し た。
