The place is okay, it has everything you need. For me the bed wasn't really confortable. The staff is very kind and let me leave earlier. Thanks for that. Location is great in a nice neigbourhood in Santiago

Room was clean. Not pleased that they put a boot on my car for parking in the wrong spot that wasn’t marked not to park in.

El lugar es lindo, seguro y muy bien ubicado. El problema es que la línea de emergencias no funciona. Tuve la mala suerte que la teclera digital para entrar al departamento se quedó sin batería y como nadie contestaba ni los teléfonos de emergencia, ni los emails, ni los WhatsApp, me quede afuera y me tuve que ir a dormir a otro hotel.

Se activó una alarma a ls 01:30 am hasta las 03:30 am en todo el edificio fue horrible no podía dormir con el ruido fue horrible . También al llegar al hotel me cobraron el estacionamiento y el IVA siendo que yo al pagar la reserva incluida estacionamiento y el Iba están incluido en el valor . Creo que es un aprovechamiento lo que se hace . Haré mi reclamo al Sernac

Doorman not polite and they were not aware i had a parking booked

Departamento regular muy pequeño buena ubicación y segura. Poca ventilación, solo con aire acondicionado portable en una habitación, no es suficiente para el tiempo de verano, lejos del shopping center, difícil de encontrar la dirección.

Incredible location, but it does advertise a king size bed, and it wasn’t the case, parking it’s a little expensive, but I was able to find overnight parking for free close by, it will be nice to have more towels available, space was super clean. The roof was amazing. It was super easy to get in and out, the subway was super close by, and there’s a supermarket store a block away, would I stay in this place again absolutely
