The pool was not heated as advertised. The sofa in the room was horrible and the staff didn’t do anything to rectify the sofa. When trying sit on the sofa the cushion sank to below the wood frame and made it very uncomfortable to sit. We did not use the sofa because of this issue. Very nice location and hotel but the 2 main issues definitely affected our stay. Mia, Hector, Albert gave great customer service but I wish the two issues would’ve been resolved.

H10 Madison is a great hotel. The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly (Javier took really good care of us and made sure the taxi driver knew where to take us. The breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel it’s in the middle of shopping and restaurants.

Staff were accommodating, helpful and polite, general ambience of hotel has a lovely relax feel and rooms are more than adequate! Lovely roof top bar and pool - would book again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Pleasant staff, great location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and the rooftop bar was amazing!

After a horrendous travel experience, we arrived at 2AM. The two gentlemen in the lobby took our bags, offered us a beverage, and checked us in, saying “we’ve been waiting for you”. If that isn’t hospitality, I don’t know what is. The room was great, the sofa bed was extremely comfortable for our daughter. We only wish we had more time to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Madison. The rooms are small but very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom very elegant. The rooftop terrace has a restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal and/or glass of wine while overlooking the city. Good location in the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend!

Very overpriced for a very subpar room interior. No body soap in the shower, floor plank sticking up cut my foot, and bath towel. disintegrated after a single use. Bed moved around on the floor and wasn't very comfortable. Strange and disgusting incident with an off-duty staff member at the rooftop bar. Just not what we expected for a top dollar hotel. You pay for location which was wonderful.

This was our first stay at H10 Madison and we would definitely come back whenever we come to Barcelona! Great staff, clean room, and the location was perfect!

Good hotel but pricy

The room was small but we made it work. Our cleaning lady kept the room clean. The air conditioning work and kept the room to the temperature that we like. When we arrived the bell hop came out and got our luggage and took them to our room while we checked in. Check in went smooth and within 6-7 minutes we were in room. Room was comfortable and the bed was also comfortable. We bought the breakfast so we enjoyed it for 4 days. Dinner was on the roof where the pool and bar is. Dinner and the bar drinks were great and the views awesome.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, and it’s in such a great location!

The staff and the property are really nice. However, Zaragosa and the rest of Spain is really anti semitic. There are more Palestinian flags supporting the terror regime of Hamas than their own province's flags. Its some kind of weird infatuation with this issue while they ignore women's rights in Afghanistan, South Sudan, Rohiynga massacre, and everything else. They are rooting for an Islamic fundamentalist regime that kills gays, bans alcohol, burkhas their women over a Western style democracy. I am done with Spain.
