Everything in the hotel is very good. Facilities Fitness room, swimming pool The friendliness of the reception staff is very good. But there was a period when the electricity went out during check-in for almost 2 hours. But luckily there was no bad incident. The staff tried their best to provide updates on the electricity. If possible, please ask the hotel to be careful about this. Because the hotel is a closed system. It is dangerous.

The towels are not clean and smell musty. The room is not soundproof. The noise from outside is very loud and clear in the room.

The staffs are quick to respond and provide a complimentary birthday cake. It's so cute. The one bedroom suite is spacious enough for 2 people. The view is beautiful, clean, and well-proportioned. The amenities are complete. The room smells a little musty when you first check in, but it's fixed quickly. The housekeepers immediately inserted an aroma diffuser into the room. The double lock door may be a big problem for some guests, but we only stayed for 1 night, which was okay. There are some cracks in the walls in the room, so we have to gradually revive them. We don't want them to be left like this or they will be worn out. It's a pity. The bellboys are cute, polite, and enthusiastic. The front desk team that we met provided fast and clear information. There was an Indian food station for breakfast, so we got to try it. It was good. If the housekeepers and PAs in the bathroom were friendlier, it would be better. They must be tired and don't greet guests very often. They don't smile. But the other places that we met greeted us with smiles and were okay. The welcome drink was refreshing, but they shouldn't use a glass with a chipped lip. The swimming pool is compact, has a beautiful view, and the wind is good. Overall, I was impressed with this stay and will go back to use the service again.

There is a quietness in the bustle of tour groups.

Ask for a room that wants to be on a high floor, but gets the 16th floor from a total of over 20 floors, haha. The room does not have a balcony. Appliances are like a normal hotel. nothing special overall considered fair But I don't like it very much, I won't go again. 😅 There are a lot of foreigners, especially Korea, but it's okay. The room is clean, the bathroom is okay, the refrigerator is not cold 😂 It's like focusing on the show, not using it. I'm not as impressed as I should be. I suspect I'm expecting too much 😅 The price is not cheap.

Beautiful rooms, clean, good service, with parking on a multi-storey building, can be upgraded to sea view, overlooking the distant sea.

Recommend this hotel. Delicious food. Very good service staff.

The staff is lovely, not many people, the room is ok, but does not keep the sound at all. Voices of people talking in the corridor I heard it all night.

The best of service, smile and clean place, thank you for wheel chairs.

The room is clean, the bed is very spacious, has a bathtub, a lot of bathroom equipment, very much like, the staff are lovely. Since the bellboy reception housekeeping is very welcoming Breakfast buffet has a small selection. But overall very good

The service is very good. I went to stay on December 31, 2019 which was not booked in advance because suddenly. But the price is very OK Good service, staff speaks because of smiling. Will definitely go to use the service again
