Beautiful hotel and very central so would definitely stay again. Can’t comment on the food as we went out for all meals. Only thing i will say is the tea and coffee station in the room was in the wardrobe where there wasn’t any socket so we had to move it to make coffees on the floor (may have just been our room i’m not sure) but i don’t expect small touches like that when you pay what you pay for a room.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful. We stayed in Ireland during a heat wave, and thankfully, there was air-conditioning in the rooms. The staff was very helpful, and would bring by extra towels, shampoo, even bring by a sewing mending kit at a moments notice. Location is just off very popular and busy area, and easily walkable, offering the best of both quiet and easy access to tourist locations.

Stayed in two city pod rooms. The temperature in Dublin was 22 degrees that day. our rooms were unbearably hot. These rooms are in the basement with no air conditioning. We were given isolating fans which did nothing to cool the rooms, so didn’t sleep. Also no hairdryer or tea and coffee making facilities. At £200 per night per room, the least you would expect is a good night’s sleep.

Sink was hard to use due to placement of faucet. The room was hot stuffy, but the fan makes very loud construction like noise. It was hard to sleep at night with the noise on.

The hotel is so friendly and the staff go out of their way to help you. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were so spacious. We stayed in a family room and the child had a proper bed. The hotel is not too far from all amenities. And you can get the Dart for a family off three for €12 all day. It is a good way to see Dublin. Would highly recommended this city to visit. Will be going back as only went for a weekend and couldn’t do everything we wanted too.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location and excellent staff. We only wished our stay was longer. Highly recommend and will come back. The room was organized well and the AC provided kept the room so cool we turned it off.

Really nice good quality hotel, room spacious and welcoming good modern bathroom with quality towels. friendly and efficient staff. Good quality fresh breakfast, good coffee (excellent Irish coffee with proper cream, none of that out of a pressurised can stuff). Hotel is conveniently placed 5 minutes from St Stephens Green and around 10 or 15 minutes from the top of Grafton Street. Will be my first choice when staying in Dublin again.

Very nice place to stay right on the tram line. Rooms were clean and lovely staff was super helpful. I never had breakfast there and I didn’t use the bar either. But I would definitely recommend the hotel.
