Amazing large suite with great facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Hotel could do with larger luggage storage to ensure safe storage and would be nice if they provided shampoo/conditioner

Amazing hotel

Second time I’m staying here. This hotel doesn’t disappoint. Rooms are big and super comfortable. And there’s a Starbucks in the same building.

Platinia is a little bit more expansive then other hotels in cluj , but it offers a lot more

Stylish hotel well located , rooms are spacious and well equipped .Amazing breakfast included . I feel you get what you pay for . The key ingredient to this hotel is the staff , well trained , polite , happy to there working , from the cleaning to front desk everyone seems to be happy and want willing to go out of there way to make your stay memorable .

Absolutely amazing property and all of the staff was amazing. Quick note - for electric car charging - front desk needs to activate the charging station. We will be back soon!!

Outstanding hotel rooms.

Exceptional place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. About a mile, 15 minute, walk to old town/St Michael area. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is great, but the waitstaff make it top notch. We stayed here for our 4 night stay in Cluj and had the best experience. Very comfortable.

Great hotel, very nice and modern and situated next to a shopping centre. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the old town. There are lots of transportation options around and we mainly used uber because it’s cheap in Cluj. Overall great stay.

In general, everything was good. The hotel is situated in the Paltinia shopping mall, so we had the advantage of having Meron Cafe and bakery, and the advantage of a mini market on the ground floor and the parking of the mall. The location was fine, but its 25 min walk from the old town

Perfect hotel in cluj Napoca , great restaurant attached to the hotel . Staff looks happy to work there and make you stay enjoyable. Decoration and vibe of the place is great

Beautiful property, and the room was the best on our trip! The Italian restaurant downstairs in the mall adjoining the hotel is quite good with impeccable attention to detail. The views from the upper floors are nice, although right now there is some very noisy construction across from the hotel. We could not hear it in the room, but the traffic and construction did make it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Parking is easy and connected the hotel.
