The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast had good options and the service was excellent. Luca at the front desk was amazing—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the towel warmer in the bathroom wasn’t working, which made the bathroom cold and caused the towels to stay damp and develop an odor. I’m very eco-conscious, and I believe that if the towel warmers were functioning, guests wouldn’t feel the need to request fresh towels every day, which would be much better for the environment.

Live everything about this hotel. The room, service, breakfast. Received a room upgrade to in suite, which was very spacious and luxury. Will definitely book here again

The hotel is lovely , with spacious rooms and bathrooms . It is in a perfect location , with shopping , restaurants and San Marco only 5 minutes away . The breakfast was bountiful, with an array of choices! The staff was friendly and very helpful . I would recommend to anyone staying in the area .

The beds in this hotel were awful, so very hard, pictures are not very accurate, also very limited amenities, no ice, no bar, no restaurant, over priced for area and amenities offered in my opinion.

The property was in a good location. Close to St Marks square. Close to restaurants and cafe. People at hotel are amazing especially Ricardo and Aurora.

The hotel was well maintained, breakfast buffet was small but just what you need to start the day. Staff very friendly. Hotel is centrally located but away from the noise, everything walking distance. It was perfect.

Great place, nice experience

We only stayed 1-night, but we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was inside and outside. They upgraded our room at no extra charge, another nice surprise. The continental breakfast was much better than most. The staff was very accommodating and sweet. We would definitely book another stay there, if or when we return to Venice.❤️

Very updated, clean hotel with friendly staff. Hotel has an elevator which was really appreciated after a long daily walk. Breakfast was great as well. Piazza of Saint Marco is 5 minutes away. We find everything is close to this hotel. Bed comfort was the best. Nice quality .
