Beautiful hotel with spotless rooms, friendly service and delicious food.

Fabulous stay, very clean, spacious hotel and room, nice pool facilities, great breakfast. Central location, airport bus stop close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff was very helpful, especially helping me with a rental car. The breakfast was very complete, but I expected higher quality. My breakfast comparison was a hotel in Madrid which cost about the same per night.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location down a quiet side street. The breakfast is amazing value. There is a large choice including smoked salmon and many different cheeses as well as hot options. The coffee is excellent from self service coffee machines. The rooms are not large but they are very comfortable. If you don’t like the pillows ask at reception as they have a pillow menu. The rooftop area is small but we always managed to get a seat after a hard day sightseeing. The only downside is the set up of the bathroom. It is lovely with a big walk in shower and a separate room for the toilet but it does not have a proper door and is directly opposite the bed so not very private as the door is like a western style saloon door so open at the top and bottom. We would definitely stay again

Great hotel, with a friendly knowledgeable staff, in a nice location right outside the old town. Safe neighborhood right next to Palma Police Station. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Clean with well layed out rooms. Limited parking in the garage, but street parking available. We enjoyed our Saturday!

Very quiet rooms, good location

I had a fantastic stay at the Protur Naisa Palma Hotel. The amenities were excellent, modern, and well thought out, making the whole experience very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, especially impressive given the great value for the price. The location is also unbeatable, right in a beautiful part of Palma with everything easily accessible. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel that delivers far beyond expectations. I’d highly recommend it and would happily stay again!

Very good in all aspects

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the room super modern and clean and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Breakfast was great and we had some snacks/drinks at the pool which were also really nice. Would highly recommend to others and if would happily return!

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, super clean and had fabulous facilities. Roof top pool was wonderful in the sunshine. Room well equipped toiletries nice and powerful shower. Only feedback would be poor quality cheap coffee/tea a nespresso would have been nice and a bottle of water or refill would have been appreciated otherwise fantastic hotel. Location was wonderful able to walk everywhere in teh city yet very quiet for sleeping.

Enjoyed our stay, good service, easy check in and hotel is very tidy and clean. Some of the facilities need fixing, in particular in the Spa (Jacuzzi, Ice Dispenser, Sauna seats - some wooden slats are broken) and Spa could do with a cold shower / plunge option as its really warm down there. Breakfast very good. Great selection and like the option to order a fresh omolette. Coffee machine isn't the best.

We had a wonderful weekend break at Protur Palma. The room was well appointed with a great shower. We had use of the spa and used the indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna on both days. Come hungry for the buffet breakfast there is a lot of choice. Excellent position for walking around as well as catching the bus to Cala Major or Playa de Illetes. The welcome drink voucher was a lovely touch. Look forward to my next wkend break here.
