The place had the worst pillows I’ve seen. No breakfast teas just some types of mates. The front desk were helpfully but in a matter of fact way not generous and kind.

The only good thing about this property is the staff. The concierge was helpful and amicable. Everything else about this property is terrible. The blankets and comforter were dirty. The toilet not properly cleaned. The rooms are extremely small. The pictures make it seem a lot bigger than what it actually is. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Maybe I’m not used to these type of hotels, and perhaps I didn’t do enough research, but let’s be clear; this hotel is a very low budget hotel and it definitely shows. I think it is my fault for not properly searching and staying here. Never again.

It advertises free transport from the airport. It's a lie. they told me to take it with Expedia.

Great hotel, with an excellent location in Recoleta.

Clean room, excellent water pressure in shower, excellent location to be near Recoñeta’s neighborhood, good AC in the room and building. I reserved a twin bedroom with city view but was told they’ve had only double rooms with city view so they gave us a twin room but with NO view. Coffee and tea only in hotel lobby, no in the bedrooms. Quiet street and small hotel with about 8 floors with 5 rooms per floor. We like it a lot.

Good location, nice staff but the rooms were deceptively small. Pictures online make rooms appear bigger than they actually are.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed just a night before our flight out. Great location to visit beautiful surroundings and restaurants. We actually stayed in Palermo a few weeks back and many of the museums we visited were close to this hotel.

Excellent staff, well located

Mold in bathroom needs addressing. Smells and window must be left open at all times. Hotel could use updates. Location and staff is good.

El personal muy amable, la habitación muy chica, nada que ver a como lo muestran en las fotos, no tenía balcón , olía a limpio, toallas y sábanas se veían limpias pero el colchón estaba asquerosamente manchado y era bastante incómodo, en el medio se hacía una separación que quedaba como dos colchones de camas chicas. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba todo oxidado y la puerta del baño no cerraba. La ubicación estaba bien , con restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor.

Tiny room. Climbing over suitcases and manoeuvring around a partner is the norm. Clean though. And the staff are friendly. Decent bars and restaurants near by.

Room was ok for the price. We know it’s small. It meets our basic needs for the night. But it’s noisy from the street and from the next door/hallway. The least favorite was the communication. I tried to ask what time we could store the luggage before 2pm check-in time through Expedia messages, whatsup, email, and phone over a couple of days but got no response. I tried using Spanish too. I was so frustrated that I canceled my second booking of this hotel. Another reason I canceled was that their check-in ends at 7pm. It turns out there is a staff on site 24 hours.

Comfortable hotel, nice rooms with everything you need. Well located, English speaking staff - organized an early taxi for us
