Everything was perfect but the way the layout of the hotel is, make it very confusing to navigate. For instance, the lobby is at at higher floor, so when we arrive nobody was there to explain that we need to take the elevator to an X floor.

For my first time in Panama, I was glad my best man chose the JW for my bachelor party. I only wish I knew about room rates for US Veterans prior to booking. I had an excellent time. The people and food were amazing. Can’t wait for my next trip.

This Marriott property is huge. The only thing I didn’t like is you had to go to the 14th or 15th Florida to check in why they don’t have the lobby on the first floor is just the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen the elevator. System is very hard to understand and use I would say it’s not user-friendly. Other than that. It’s a great hotel has a nice gym two nice pools and several nice restaurants and shops. It has two towers on our residential and other is the hotel.

My experience at The JW Marriott of Panama was beyond exceptional. ALL of the staff working from housekeeping to the cooks were very friendly and courteous the building was well maintained and updated the amenities were phenomenal the restaurants and bars especially LIMA had the BEST FOOD I eaten 3 days in a roll 😋 there hats off to the cooks The shrimp fondue and seabass dumplings were to die for

Beautiful property. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning! The food, restaurants, amenities, pool were all great!! The only thing that would have made it perfect was if I didn’t have a view of a huge crane outside of my patio. It appears they are having some construction going on. But other than that, it was a great experience!

The outside, all area was excellent maintained and the bars was excellent and very well kept, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of the property, we paid the discounted price for the breakfast for our entire stay and the breakfast was excellent every morning the staff really made it worth while. I would give this hotel a easy 5 stars

Beautiful property, nice room with the beautiful view , pools including 1 heated . Terrific staff , food, drinks. We truly enjoyed our stay. Pool staff along with the manager surprised me with balloons and gifts for my Birthday!
